ARTIFACTS

1. In the Advanced Project Based Learning course, I designed this project with a colleage at HTM.  We were to have a discussion with a colleague about a project design question. I wanted to create a project that incorporates the 6 A’s written about by Adria Steinberg in Real Learning, Real Work. The first link below is a narrative about my collaborative design process, the project description and requirements and a discussion of the 6 A’s as they pertain to the project. The second link is the actual project that was disseminated by Carrie Interlandi, one of my living resources.

3.In the GSE course, Equity, Diversity & Design Principles taught by Rob Riordan and Ben Daley, we were to reflect on an issue in our classroom around a topic we discussed in the course. The link below is a paper I wrote for the class about what my partner and I did with our students in regards to creating a community in our team that emphasizes the importance of learning as well has respect for other students’ rights to learn.  The second link is the questionnaire that we gave to students to fill out anonymously prior to having an entire team discussion.

 4. In our course Implementing Inclusive classrooms, taught by Azul Terronez, we were to write a reflection regarding an issue regarding differentiation in our classroom.  Azul is also one of my Living Resources and I learned a lot from his class.  The link below is a write up about a project/lesson that I was redesigning from previous years based on the abilities, strengths and interests of my students this year.
