I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I graduated from UC Davis and moved to San Diego in 2004. I tutored and translated for students at El Cajon Valley High School for a year and went on to earn my teaching credential from SDSU. I was lucky to be placed at High Tech Middle where I completed my student teaching. I am now in my third year teaching 8th grade humanities. When I am not teaching or going to school I enjoy traveling and attempting to play tennis.
